Iran rejects preconditions in nuclear talks

MADRID, May 30 (Xinhua) -- Iran's top nuclear negotiator Ali Larijani said on Wednesday Iran would not accept any preconditions in talks on its nuclear enrichment program.

Speaking at a press conference upon his arrival in Madrid for talks with European Union (EU) officials that Iran was willing for "other nations, like France" to take part in negotiations to resolve the contentious nuclear program
